    Everything your workforce gets

    Employee self-referral portal

Employees access support confidentially through a secure self-referral portal. No manager approval or HR involvement is required, removing barriers that often prevent people from seeking help. The portal guides employees through a brief initial assessment and matches them with appropriate programme pathways based on their needs.

    Confidential therapist-led support

Qualified, accredited therapists deliver structured sessions within a fully encrypted, GDPR-compliant environment. Employers never see individual session content. All clinical data remains strictly confidential, with only anonymised aggregate insights shared at organisational level. This protects employee trust while enabling responsible oversight.

    Secure video sessions

All sessions between employees and their therapist take place over encrypted, HIPAA and GDPR-compliant video conferencing built directly into the platform. Employees do not need to download separate software or create additional accounts. Sessions are private, stable and accessible from any device with an internet connection.

    Structured wellbeing pathways

542 evidence-informed programme pathways covering stress, anxiety, resilience, burnout, life transitions and workplace-specific challenges. Each pathway includes structured sessions, between-session exercises, psychoeducation materials and progress tracking. Pathways are clinically governed and regularly updated.

    Resilience and stress programmes

Dedicated programmes designed to build workplace resilience and equip employees with practical tools for managing pressure. Content covers cognitive reframing, breathing techniques, mindfulness exercises, sleep hygiene and boundary-setting. Programmes are structured for gradual skill-building over multiple weeks.

    Return-to-work pathways

Structured adjustment programmes for employees returning after absence related to stress, anxiety, burnout or other mental health difficulties. Pathways include phased re-engagement, confidence-building exercises, resilience tools and check-in points. Designed to complement occupational health recommendations.

    Occupational health integration

Mental Health Matrix complements existing occupational health provision by providing structured between-appointment support, guided exercises and progress tracking. It bridges the gap between clinical OH assessments and day-to-day employee experience. Integration is designed to work alongside, not replace, existing OH services.

    Manager awareness modules

Training resources that equip line managers to recognise early warning signs, have supportive conversations and signpost employees to appropriate help. Modules cover mental health literacy, communication skills, boundary awareness and legal responsibilities. Designed to be completed in short, manageable sessions.

    Wellbeing champions resources

Materials, training modules and ongoing support for internal wellbeing champions and mental health first aiders. Resources include conversation guides, signposting frameworks, event planning templates and best practice case studies. Champions gain access to a dedicated support community within the platform.

    Psychoeducation library

A curated library of evidence-based resources covering stress management, anxiety, depression, burnout and workplace wellbeing. Employees can access materials at their own pace between sessions. Resources include written guides, audio exercises and short video modules. Content is regularly updated by qualified therapists.

    Outcome tracking

Validated outcome measures including PHQ-9, GAD-7, CORE-10, WSAS, TBG-CORP+ and other clinically-recognised tools. Employees complete measures at regular intervals and can view their own progress through visual charts. Anonymised, aggregated outcome data is available to employers to demonstrate the clinical effectiveness of the programme. Anonymised data is fed in to ongoing research.

    Usage and engagement reporting

Detailed reports on programme uptake, session attendance, pathway completion rates and engagement trends. Reports can be filtered by department, location or time period. All data is anonymised and aggregated to protect individual privacy. Supports annual wellbeing reviews and board-level reporting.

    Secure messaging

GDPR-compliant, encrypted messaging between employees and their assigned therapist. No personal email, SMS or WhatsApp required. Messages are stored securely on the platform and linked to the clinical record. Automated out-of-hours responses and response time expectations protect both parties.

    Calendar sync and reminders

Employees can sync their session schedule with Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar so appointments sit alongside existing work commitments. Automated reminders are sent before each session to reduce missed appointments. Rescheduling is handled entirely within the platform, minimising disruption to the working day.

    Aggregate reporting dashboard

Anonymised, aggregate data showing engagement levels, programme completion rates, outcome improvements and usage trends across the workforce. No individual employee data is ever shared with employers. Reports support responsible investment decisions and help demonstrate the impact of wellbeing provision to senior leadership.

    Admin portal

A centralised management portal for HR administrators to manage employee access, send invitations, configure programme availability and monitor overall engagement. The admin portal provides operational oversight without compromising individual confidentiality. Role-based access controls ensure appropriate permissions.

    Bulk onboarding tools

Onboard teams efficiently with batch invitations, CSV upload, guided setup wizards and customisable welcome messages. New employees receive a structured introduction to available resources and pathways. Administrators can track onboarding completion rates and send reminders to those who have not yet activated their accounts.

    Governance documentation

Comprehensive safeguarding policies, data protection documentation, clinical governance frameworks, complaint procedures and ethical guidelines. All documentation is maintained, updated and audited by TBG's clinical governance team. Employers can reference these documents in their own wellbeing policies and board reports.

    Crisis escalation and triage

Automated risk flagging based on validated clinical measures. Clear escalation pathways for safeguarding concerns with documented procedures. The system alerts designated safeguarding leads and provides step-by-step guidance for crisis situations. All escalation events are logged and auditable.

    Multi-language support

The platform supports multiple languages, making wellbeing resources accessible to a diverse workforce. Employees can engage with content in their preferred language. Language options are managed centrally by administrators and can be extended as your workforce evolves.

    Accessibility tools

The platform is designed to be inclusive and accessible for every employee. Built-in tools include screen reader support, adjustable font scaling, high contrast mode and keyboard navigation. Whether an employee has a visual impairment, neurodivergent needs or simply prefers a different layout, the experience adapts to suit them.

    Neurodiversity considerations

    1. [N1]Reduced motion support:All animations, transitions and scroll behaviour respect the prefers-reduced-motion system setting. Users who have enabled reduced motion in their operating system will see static content instead of animated elements.
    2. [N2]Smooth scrolling override:Smooth scrolling is automatically disabled for users who prefer reduced motion, preventing disorientation and dizziness for those with vestibular sensitivities.
