Other ways to get support
- Visit your GP - your doctor can refer you to local mental health services, prescribe medication if needed, or help you access talking therapy through the NHS
- Go to A&E - if you are in crisis and need immediate face-to-face support, your nearest Accident and Emergency department has mental health liaison teams
- Self-refer to NHS Talking Therapies - you can refer yourself directly at nhs.uk without needing a GP referral
- Book therapy with Mental Health Matrix - structured 1:1 therapeutic programmes for long-term wellbeing
