Important notice
Mental Health Matrix is not an emergency service. We provide educational tools and structured support. If you or someone else is at immediate risk of harm, please call 999 or go to your nearest A&E immediately.
1. Our commitment
The Brain Gym & Research Ltd is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all users of our platform. We recognize that while we provide digital tools and support structures, we have a responsibility to operate with a clear understanding of risk, safety, and ethical boundaries.
2. Scope of our service
It is vital to understand what Mental Health Matrix is and what it is not:
- We ARE: A provider of structured, therapist-led educational content, self-help tools, and support frameworks.
- We ARE NOT: A crisis intervention service, a replacement for medical or psychiatric care, or a 24/7 monitoring service.
3. Risk management
Although we are not a clinical service, we take risk seriously. Our platform includes:
- Signposting: Clear direction to appropriate emergency services and support helplines throughout the platform.
- Content warnings: Appropriate labelling of content that may be sensitive or triggering.
- User guidance: Clear instructions on how to use our tools safely and when to stop.
4. Reporting concerns
If you have a safeguarding concern about the content on our platform or the conduct of any individual associated with Mental Health Matrix, please contact our Safeguarding Lead immediately.
