    Mental Health Matrix presents

    Cricket mental performance pilot 2026/27

For cricket organisations ready to train adult players’ minds as deliberately as their bodies.

    Book a discovery call

A development partner for the season ahead.

We are inviting expressions of interest from cricket organisations that want to make mental performance a practical part of player development ahead of the 2027 season.

Player groupUp to 100 adult players
    ProgrammeSix facilitated sessions
TimingDelivered over 6 to 8 weeks
FormatOnline, in person, or a considered blend
    LearningApplied to cricket’s pressure points
    OptionalPre and post programme measures

Make room for the part of the game that happens inside.

The programme is designed as a practical development space, not a performance claim. It gives adult players a shared language and time to practise skills that matter when pressure, uncertainty and expectation arrive.

    1. 01Build awareness of the mental demands already present in cricket.
    2. 02Explore practical approaches to focus, confidence, communication and recovery.
    3. 03Create a shared, psychologically informed way to support teammates.
    4. 04Learn from the programme through optional before and after measures.

    2026/27 expressions of interest

Put the mind on the training plan.

Start with a short discovery conversation about your players, your context and what a meaningful pilot could look like.

    Neurodiversity considerations

    1. [N1]Reduced motion support:All animations, transitions and scroll behaviour respect the prefers-reduced-motion system setting. Users who have enabled reduced motion in their operating system will see static content instead of animated elements.
    2. [N2]Smooth scrolling override:Smooth scrolling is automatically disabled for users who prefer reduced motion, preventing disorientation and dizziness for those with vestibular sensitivities.
