Three students studying together at a table

    MHM student wellbeing

    Study.
    Life.
    You.

For the parts of student life that stay open in too many browser tabs. Find a practical self-study course for the pressure, focus, sleep, confidence or connection that matters today.

    Student resources

    A route, not a test

    Start where
    you are.

There is no one correct way to do university or college. These educational courses offer practical ideas and space to explore what might help, around lectures, shifts, caring and everything else.

    01

    Pick a pressure point

Start with the part of the week asking for the most attention.

    02

    Read the outline

See the stated course format and decide whether it feels useful.

    Work at your pace

Return after a seminar, shift or especially full day.

    04

    Keep what helps

Take the ideas that land. Leave the rest without a grade.

    therapy, too.

When you want support beyond self-study, STUDY25 also gives students 25% off therapy sessions. Start by booking an initial assessment to talk about your needs and the support that may be right for you.

    01

    Book your assessment

Use the Book Now button below to choose an initial assessment appointment through Calendly.

    02

Mention STUDY25 at your first assessment

Tell the assessor that you are a student and would like to use the STUDY25 therapy discount. You must raise this during your first assessment so the 25% discount can be authorised before you are allocated a therapist.

    03

Have the discount agreed before therapy begins

Your allocated therapist cannot accept the STUDY25 code or authorise the discount on your sessions. Please do not wait until your therapy appointments to ask for it.

    Neurodiversity and study

    Neurodiversity belongs here.

Neurodiversity is natural human variation, not a deficit to fix. Our team includes neurodivergent people, and that lived experience helps shape how we build and refine our work. University and college can bring sensory load, dense reading, organisation demands and changing routines. Different people need different things, and you do not need a diagnosis to begin exploring what may help.

    Sensory load counts

Noise, light, busy spaces and constant switching can shape a study day.

    Reading is not one-size-fits-all

There are many valid ways to take in, revisit and work with course material.

    Organisation can need support

Planning, prioritising and getting started can look different from person to person.

Start with a course that meets you where you are

Available now in the course catalogue.

    Student membership

    Your mental
    health learning
    membership.

MHM Personal is a subscription to a wide-ranging library of mental health and wellbeing courses and resources. Learn at your own pace, with online access day or night, throughout the year, while your membership is active.

Save 25% with STUDY25. Choose a monthly subscription or pay once a year for annual membership. Both give you the same membership access, for your own personal use.

    • Year-round online learning, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
    • Explore eligible courses without buying each one separately
    • Included learning resources at no extra cost

    Monthly

    £12.99£9.74 per month
Discounted price charged every month while STUDY25 applies.

    Annual

    £99.99£74.99 per year
Discounted price charged once each year while STUDY25 applies. This is not a monthly equivalent.

Membership content is active access, not ownership. If you cancel, the next renewal stops and access continues until the end of the paid period. Courses you bought outright remain yours.

    What your membership includes

    • A broad course library. Explore eligible self-guided mental health and wellbeing courses, from stress, sleep and confidence to relationships and everyday challenges.
    • Resources to deepen your learning. Premium neuroscience articles, practical workbooks and audio resources are included at no extra cost.
    • Learning that fits student life. Return to your courses and track your progress around lectures, work, caring responsibilities and holidays.

Available to explore 24/7, all year round while your subscription is active. Self-guided learning, not a round-the-clock support service. One-to-one therapy is booked separately.

    Before you begin

    Questions,
    answered.

Do I need to verify that I am a student?

No student ID is required for STUDY25. For therapy, tell the assessor that you are a student and mention STUDY25 during your first assessment.

    Does the offer expire?

No. STUDY25 has no expiry date and can be used again on eligible purchases and MHM Personal renewals. The therapy discount must be agreed during your first assessment.

    Where does the discount apply?

It applies to eligible individual self-study courses, individual neuroscience articles, MHM Personal monthly and annual consumer plans, and therapy sessions when authorised at your first assessment. An eligible £29.99 course is £22.49 with the code.

How do I get 25% off therapy?

Book an initial assessment using the Book Now button in the therapy section. During that first assessment, tell the assessor that you are a student and would like to use STUDY25. The assessor must authorise the discount before you are allocated a therapist. Your allocated therapist cannot accept the code or apply the discount to your sessions.

    What does MHM Personal include?

While your membership is active, it includes the eligible self-guided course catalogue, premium articles, workbooks, audio and progress tracking. Therapy is booked separately and is not included in membership; the student therapy discount is arranged at your first assessment. Organisation memberships are also separate.

What happens if I cancel MHM Personal?

Cancellation stops the next renewal. Membership access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Content unlocked through membership is active access, while anything bought outright remains yours.

Do the courses fit around a class timetable?

Yes. These are self-study courses, not live classes. Check each course outline and work at your own pace around lectures, placements, shifts or caring responsibilities.

    Are the self-study courses therapy?

No. The courses are educational self-study resources and do not replace therapy, medical advice or emergency support. Therapy is a separate service, starting with an assessment.

Eligible products, how commission is calculated, payment arrangements and bonus criteria will be set out in your partnership agreement before you start. Bonuses are not automatic, and income is not guaranteed. This student offer does not change existing partner agreements.
